1. Do you represent sellers? No, I ONLY represent buyers of real estate in Bend Oregon.

2. Who pays your fee? I earn a traditional commission at closing paid by the sellers of the real estate purchased here in Bend, Oregon. My service cost you, the buyer, nothing. Since the seller pays the brokerage fee their is literally no expense in working specifically with a buyers agent to represent you in the purchase of your new home.

3. Do you show homes outside of Bend? No, I Only show homes in Bend Oregon. I DO NOT show property in Redmond, Sisters, Sun River, Prineville or La pine.

4. Why can't I find homes on your Bend Oregon MLS website listed in cities outside of Bend? Please refer to #3 above

5. Do you work with potential buyers who are interested, but not yet committed to relocating to Bend Oregon? No. Unfortunately, my schedule does not allow me to assist anyone who has not yet decided to move to Bend Oregon. This allows me to provide exceptional service to my clients who have already made a committment to relocate here.

6. Are you available on weekends and evenings? Yes - with proper notice of course. I typically work by appointment only, but I often have the ability to re-arrange my schedule if the situation calls for it.

7. I cannot find lower priced homes on your Bend Oregon real estate website, how come? I speciliaze in high end homes & land typically located on Bend's coveted West Side. If you are an investor and you are interested in rental properties - please call me to discuss the many options available here in Bend Oregon.

8. Do you handle 1031 Tax Deferred exchanges? Yes - I have 13 years of real estate experience in negotiating with the purchase and sale of investment property.
